Variety is reporting that Netflix and Paramount’s Awesomeness Films are developing a sequel to the romantic comedy To All the Boys I’ve Ever Loved Before, which released on the streaming platform on August 17.

Thought it has yet to officially be greenlit the studios are in “discussions” according to a Netflix rep. Actor Noah Centineo hinted at a possible sequel at the premiere of his film Sierra Burgess is a Loser, telling the trade, “All I know is that every single person involved in the making of that film wants a sequel. We’ve all talked about it in depth. I’ll do as many as they want me!”

Obviously, there’s plenty more story to tell as the book the film was based on spawned two sequels, P.S. I Still Love You and Always and Forever, Lara Jean.

For those unaware, the plot of the first film asks, what if all the crushes you ever had found out how you felt about them…all at once? Based on New York Times bestselling novel by Jenny Han and directed by Susan Johnson, the film follows Lara Jean Song Covey, who’s love life goes from imaginary to out of control when the love letters for every boy she’s ever loved-five in all-are mysteriously mailed out.

The film stars Lana Condor (Alita: Battle Angel), Noah Centineo (The Fosters), Janel Parrish (Pretty Little Liars), Israel Broussard (Flipped), Andrew Bachelor (The Babysitter), John Corbett (My Big Fat Greek Wedding), and Anna Cathcart (Odd Squad).

The film was adapted from Jenny Han’s bestselling novel. The script for the film was written by Sofia Alvarez (Man Seeking Woman). Matt Kaplan, Dougie Cash, and Jordan Levin are producing the film.
