PUBLIC WARNING: William Moseley & "Kingmaker Music"
To Our Fans, Friends, and Fellow Artists,
The purpose of this post is to issue a formal public warning regarding the fraudulent activities of William Moseley, operating under entities such as "Kingmaker Music" and "Kingmaker TV."
For years, our community has been the target of a widespread campaign of theft, and it's crucial that everyone is aware of the facts to protect themselves and the artists they support. William Moseley was formerly employed in a tech capacity for Dustin Miller (D-Loc). In 2018-2019, he abused his trusted access to systematically hijack numerous digital assets.
This was not a business dispute; it was a premeditated digital heist.
THE STOLEN PLATFORMS
The following channels and accounts were stolen from their rightful owners and rebranded by Moseley for his own profit:
YouTube Channel: "Made for Kings"
This was the original "Kottonmouth Kings TV." It was stolen.
YouTube Channel: "Kingmaker TV"
This was Dustin Miller's personal "D-Loc TV." It was stolen.
Instagram Account:
@KingmakerCEOThis was the official Kottonmouth Kings brand account. It was stolen.
Instagram Account:
@iamcaptaicchronicThis was Dustin Miller's personal "D-Loc" account. It was stolen.
THE STOLEN MUSIC
Moseley has illegally published a massive catalog of music across these channels to which HE OWNS ZERO RIGHTS. He is profiting from the hard work of dozens of artists who never signed any deal with him, never gave him permission, and have never been compensated by him. He has stolen music from:
Johnny Richter, Chucky Chuck, Iakopo, Spice 1, Mendo Dope, Judge D, UPso, Brawdcast, C4mula, Lighter Shade of Brown, Trizz, Yung Zeke, Twista, Oowee, Kurupt, Black Silver, Good Ol' Boyz, SMO, Ballyhoo!, Audic Empire, The Rezinatorz, and most despicably, our fallen brother Saint Dog.
To be clear, William Moseley is profiting by stealing from a dead man's family.
ESCALATION TO REAL-WORLD CRIME
Recently, Moseley's actions have escalated beyond digital fraud. He has now allegedly engaged in acts that constitute mail fraud and forgery.
A fraudulent certified letter was mailed in someone else's name to the CTO of Kottonmouth Kings Records.
This demonstrates a disturbing escalation and a willingness to commit tangible, real-world crimes to continue his scheme.
OUR MESSAGE TO THE COMMUNITY
We are making this public to warn everyone in our scene.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH WILLIAM MOSELEY.
DO NOT SUPPORT HIS CHANNELS. The revenue goes to him, not the artists whose work was stolen.
ARTISTS: BE VIGILANT. Be extremely careful about who has administrative access to your digital platforms.
Our goal is to reclaim our stolen property and protect the legacies of all the artists affected. We are pursuing all available legal channels to rectify this. In the meantime, please support your favorite artists through their legitimate, official channels.
Thank you for your continued support.
Sincerely,
Joshua Shear & Kottonmouth Kings Records
Good morning underground enthusiasts! Suburban Noize Records just announced a special tribute release for deceased Kottonmouth Kings member Saint Dog. In honor of Saint Dog, Subnoize will be releasing “RIP Saint The Lost Chronicles” featuring some of the final recordings of Saint Dog. They’ll also be re-releasing the 2018 Kottonmouth Kings LP ‘Kingdome Come’. Subnoize/SRH has redesigned the entire packaging of ‘Kingdome Come’ and will be including a 24-page tribute booklet honoring Saint Dog and Pakelika. Also included inside the packaging are messages from Saint’s Son Lil Saint, Pakelika’s Mom, D-Loc, Johnny Richter, and Kevin Zinger. The booklet will feature never seen before photos from the Suburban Noize Records vaults. Preorders are now live for both releases at the official SRH Shop here: https://shop.srh.com/collections/preorders
Here is the official Suburban Noize Records press release regarding “RIP Saint The Lost Chronicles”:

We are proud to announce the release of the Saint Dog “RIP Saint The Lost Chronicles” featuring some of the final recordings from our fallen brother. The package includes:1. CD of some of Saint’s last recordings compiled by Zinger, Lil Saint (Saint’s son), and his Family. These recordings will only be available in this package and are some of Saint’s deepest and moving songs.2. The CD also features the first recording you will hear Saint and his son together. It will make the hair on your arms stand up!!!3. The RIP Saint shirt is only available with this package. A very dope shirt honoring a true King.4. As a part of the package we are also re-releasing the Kottonmouth Kings “Kingdom Come” record. This is the last recording Saint did with KMK and is a special thing for the underground family.5. Kingdom Come has the original disc but we included a second bonus disc making it a double album. It features rare and new tracks and remixes from Pakelika, Johnny Richter, D-Loc, Saint Dog, Chucky Chuck, and more.6. We redesigned the entire packaging as well and included a 24-page tribute booklet honoring Saint Dog and Pakelika. Also included inside the packaging are messages from Saint’s Son Lil Saint, Pakelika’s Mom, D-Loc, Johnny Richter, and Zinger. The booklet will feature never seen before photos from the Suburban Noize Records vaults.7. Last but not least we are giving you Kingdom Come, the picture book, and the bonus disc for FREE!!!!! We assumed that most of the people that will want the Saint Package are hardcore fans that originally ordered the Kingdom Come package when it was first offered by another label back in 2018. We know that a ton of loyal folks never got their packages and were left high and dry. That sucks!! Even though we didn’t put out the album originally or have anything to do with the original pre-order, we wanted to make it right with the fans. For us, it’s not about the fact it was a different label that didn’t come through for the fans. It’s that the people who have supported this music and lifestyle for decades didn’t get what they ordered. We know the fans are aware it wasn’t us but we still have a responsibility to make it up as best we can. Dignity over dollars always!! So we included the new Kingdom Come in this Saint Dog package and anyone who got stiffed by the other entity will get a free Kingdom Come CD from your family at Sub Noize/ SRH. We think it’s the honorable thing to do and we are asking everyone to use the honor system too. So if you got jacked before and they never sent you your stuff. Just click the button that says “Thanks Noize those other dudes never sent me my stuff.” and we will include the new badass Kingdom Come package with all the extras and a few goodies in each box for FREE!! We hope everyone is stoked for this and more importantly spark one up for the Kings who are looking down at us smiling!!!

The King Klick is the latest powerhouse collective to come back under the Suburban Noize banner. Comprised of label veterans Johnny Richter (Kottonmouth Kings) and Chucky Chuck and joined by Obnoxious (AKA OB-NOX), the unison created the perfect blend of THC-infused raps. United together under the name King Klick, Johnny Richter, Chucky Chuck, and Obnoxious are currently finishing the debut effort from The King Klick for release later this year. The trio have already recorded tracks with Madchild, Whitney Peyton, (Hed) P.E, Lil Saint, and other members of the extended Suburban Noize family.
Madchild’s independent grind is unparalleled and he’s remained one of the underground’s vital voices, consistently dropping new projects with Tom MacDonald, as well as solo albums like “Demons” and “Little Monster”. Madchild is also currently working on a new joint project with Obnoxious for release later this year.
Phoenix-based trap metal outfit DROPOUT KINGS have hit the ground running since releasing their “GlitchGang” EP. The band is currently charting on active rock radio with their new single “Virus” and will be heading out on the road supporting (Hed) P.E this summer.

As we reported late last night. Johnny Richter (Kottonmouth Kings) fully revealed the trio supergroup King Klick featuring Richter, Chucky Chuck and Obnoxious! And now their Presidential masked up visual for their heavy hitter debut single “We Want It All” (featuring Jahred of (Hed) P.E. & Madchild) has been fully unleashed upon the underground as its lyrical rawness begins to destroy any faux emcee that dares cross paths with King Klick! The visuals brought forth by professional director Kali Oso within the “We Want It All” music video pays homage to the 1991 action thriller heist film “Point Break” starring Patrick Swayze and Keanu Reeves. And hot damn is it incredible!

The Subnoize Tribe – before the Subnoize Souljaz popped up there’s always been a King Klick. It’s the whole mob mentality that Kottonmouth built up. There have been many times where the King Klick was gonna drop but now it seems the universe is ready and we are here to save the Legacy. Yesterday, D-Loc of the Kottonmouth Kings sent out a letter to members of the KMK mailing list concerning a new Youtube account and a brand new KMK album that will drop in February, 2021!
D-Loc shared the unfortunate news that they no longer have access to the Kottonmouth Kings Youtube which has over 180,000 subscribers, so they decided to start a brand new channel called PTB Records which you can subscribe to here: (17) PTB Records – YouTube
The first video they released is called “Legends Never Die” which is a tribute to the late Saint Dog. You can view that music video below:

I am very proud to announce the alliance between Swollen Members and Suburban Noize Records, I know our listeners and the wide audience of the SubNoize world will unite to form an unstoppable force. We had a gig in San Bernardino for the 15th Year Anniversary of the label, and it was a seriously dope crowd. We had the pleasure of playing with Big B, Hed-PE, Hollywood Undead, Tech-Nine and Kottonmouth Kings.
Being welcomed into the SubNoize camp is an amazing hook up, it will open many doors for us and exponentially increase our opportunities in the States and around the world. You, our dedicated appreciators, have waited long enough, it is time for new music and a re-concentrated effort as far as getting exposure. The pages of our history are yet to be filled, our true legacy still to unfold. To those who have stood by us for years, to those who are newcomers to the Swollen Members movement, one common bond unites us, pride. The knowledge and belief that being true to yourself is the key to happiness in life, this understanding is the platform that gives us the strength to create and not be afraid of being different.
Collectively our voices will be heard, but with Swollen, as it is at Suburban Noize, it's a family affair, and we are thankful to have the chance to welcome new members at every chance we get. The future is ours for the taking! I will hit you again soon, until then, stay safe and have fun.
