Massdrop is a community-driven platform that sells products that their members have shown interest in. The company carries products such as tech, audio, apparel, and home goods. Aside from the brands it carries, it also sells its own branded products. Recently Massdrop teamed up with Optoma to launch their latest collaboration, the NuForce STRIDE, a pair of Bluetooth in-ear monitors specifically made for serious audiophiles.
Massdrop understands that its community loves a good pair of quality headphones, which led it to collaborate with Optoma and its NuForce line. Optoma has been creating award-winning video and audio products for home entertainment and theater, ProAV, and businesses for the last 15+ years.
The NuForce Stride features a customized 8mm dynamic driver, which is 30% larger than your standard drivers. The housing is made from a dense and less resonant material, which combined with the larger drivers will produce a more balanced sound, with deeper and powerful bass. The Stride also features a new battery that allows the earphones to sit much closer to the user’s ears, allowing for a more comfortable fit.
Jyri Jokrinta, Senior manager of NuForce audio said:
“We’re excited to partner with Massdrop to bring their first wireless earphones to the Massdrop community. Our combined expertise delivers a custom sound signature with a comfortable fit to produce wireless earphones for the audiophile.”
The NuForce Stride will come with a hard-shell carrying case and will be able to activate Google Assistant or Siri. The headphones will support both AAC and aptX Bluetooth codes for both Apple and Android devices. It will also have an IPX5 rating for water and sweat resistance, perfect for users with an active lifestyle.
The Massdrop x NuForce Stride is the latest addition to Optoma NuForces growing line of earbuds, which features both wired and true wireless earbuds, such as the BEFree5 and BEFree8. The Stride is now available on Massdrop.com for $74.99
