Now that Netflix has dropped The Night Comes For Us trailer, you can be enticed with its promise of a bunch of bruised and bloody action. Iko Uwais stars as Arian, the highly skilled Triad assassin who has to fight off horde after horde of murderous gangsters to protect the young girl.
The Night Comes for Us premiered at this year’s Fantastic Fest in Austin, Texas on September 22nd. Just four days later, it was announced that Netflix had acquired the rights. The streaming giant along premiered a handful of its own films at the festival, including Jeremy Saulnier’s (Green Room) desolate procedural Hold the Dark and Gareth Evans’ (The Raid franchise) cult-centric horror movie Apostle.
You can catch The Night Comes For Us when it premieres on Netflix starting October 19.
