Lodge 49 episode 9 preview show’s Dud’s speech at band night
AMC has released a new promo and sneak peek for the ninth episode of their new dramedy series Lodge 49, which airs Mondays after Better Call Saul. You can check out both clips in the post below!
Lodge 49 follows Dud (Wyatt Russell), a man who suffered an incident which made it impossible to enjoy his favorite pastime. Dud drifted among life before finding a fraternal lodge. One that offers both cheap beer and philosophies.
In the clip below from next week’s episode, “Apogee,” Dud gives his fellow lodge members a rousing speech during the lodge’s band night, promising all that the future of Lodge 49 wasn’t in jeopardy. Before falling off the stage mid-sentence. Classic Dud.
The trailer for ‘Apogee,’ however, doesn’t paint quite as rosy a picture, as Ernie is still worried about their deal with Captain (Bruce Campbell) falling through.
Will the lodge be saved? Is Dud okay? Did the band play “Freebird?” We’ll find out next week on the next episode of Lodge 49.
