May 2018 free games for PlayStation Plus and Xbox Live Gold
Sony and Microsoft have both announced the slate of May 2018 free games that will be available to subscribing PlayStation Plus and Xbox Live Gold members.
PlayStation Plus members will receive Quantic Dream’s action-adventure Beyond: Two Souls and the co-operative platformer Rayman Legends for PlayStation 4, plus the action RPG Risen 3: Titan Lords and the action arcade game Eat Them! for PlayStation 3, with the physics puzzle game Furmins for PS Vita, and the indie physics game King Oddball for PS Vita, PlayStation 3, and PlayStation 4. Xbox Live Gold members will receive four new free games – two on Xbox One and two on Xbox 360 – as part of the Games with Gold program. On Xbox One, Xbox Live Gold members can download Super Mega Baseball 2 for free during the month of May, with the stealth-action game Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain available from May 16th to June 15th. On Xbox 360 (with Xbox One backwards compatibility), fans get Sega Vintage Collection: Streets of Rage (including all three games in the series) free form May 1 to May 15th and the sci-fi shooter Vanquish free from May 16 to May 31st.
