Man Files Class-Action Suit Against Nyko Over Bricked Switch

It was only a matter of time until something like this happened. We've all heard about Nyko's Switch dock causing problems with the Switch, sometimes leading to a system that simply doesn't work anymore. That's what happened to Michael Skiathitis, and he's decided file a class-action lawsuit against Nyko over the matter. The lawsuit says that “unbeknownst to consumers, the Nyko Portable Docking Kits for Nintendo Switch are prone to causing numerous problems to the devices that they are intended to support.” It's going to be very interesting to see how this one plays out.
