Black Lightning Episode 9 promo: The Book of Little Black Lies
Following last night’s episode of the series, The CW has released the first promo for the ninth episode of Black Lightning which you can check out in the player below!
Set to air March 20 and titled “The Book of Little Black Lies,” the episode is officially described as follows:
“FAMILY ABOVE ALL – In the aftermath of the latest killing, Black Lightning (Cress Williams) works to clear his name while also hunting down the person responsible for his father’s death, and anyone else involved. Tensions remain high between Black Lightning and Gambi (James Remar).”
The episode was written by Keli Goff and directed by Tawnia McKernan
Black Lightning stars Cress Williams as the title hero with Nafessa Williams and China Anne McClain as his daughters, with Christine Adams, Damon Gupton, and James Remar.
Based on the characters from DC, Black Lightning is from Berlanti Productions and Akil Productions in association with Warner Bros. Television, with executive producers Greg Berlanti, Salim Akil & Mara Brock Akil (Being Mary Jane, The Game, Girlfriends), and Sarah Schechter (Arrow, The Flash). The Black Lightning character was created by Tony Isabella with Trevor Von Eeden.
