Tooth and Tail inching closer to release on Switch

We heard awhile back that the team behind Tooth and Tail had interest in release on Switch. That info came awhile ago though, so are there any updates? According to a tweet from the team today, they took a "step towards making it happen today!" We don't know what that step is, but it's looking like Tooth and Tail will find a home on Switch in the future.
