Wentworth Miller to make final appearance on The Flash, Legends
Wentworth Miller’s Leonard Snart, aka Captain Cold, was last seen in the penultimate episode of The Flash‘s third season in what seemed at the time like one last bow as the character. Now, Miller has posted on Instagram that he’s set to appear in another new episode of both The Flash and DC’s Legends of Tomorrow, which will be his final appearances as the character on both of the series.
“Currently shooting some of my final episodes as ‘Captain Cold/Leonard Snart’ on the CW’s Legends of Tomorrow and The Flash,” the actor wrote on Instagram over the weekend. “Grateful — now and in advance — to a pair of talented casts and hardworking crews … Thank you. … I”ve had a tremendous time playing this character. … It’s been an opportunity, an education and a f—ing blast,.”
Miller first appeared in the fourth episode of The Flash‘s first season, going on to become a recurring character in the series and later appearing as one of the main cast members of DC’s Legends of Tomorrow. Following the revival of Prison Break on FOX, however, Miller only appeared on the shows in a limited role.
