Conan O’Brien leaks return to San Diego Comic-Con 2019

Conan O’Brien’s regular appearances at San Diego Comic-Con probably makes the list of top 10 greatest things to ever happen to the con. In an interview today with Howard Stern, Conan O’Brien slipped by mistake that he and his former band and will be reuniting at Comic-Con 2019. Double whammy here for those of us that follow Conan regularly.

Jimmy Vivino and the Basic Cable Band

At the beginning of this year, the Conan O’Brien show had an overhaul that cut the show down to a 30-minute program. Conan was also no longer rocking a full business suit, but instead business casual with a leather jacket. The late night desk is also gone, but the biggest whammy of all is that the band, Jimmy Vivino and the Basic Cable Band, was also cut.

With Conan O’Brien set to bring back the old gang for San Diego Comic-Con 2019, we wonder what else is coming back? It’s heavily expected for the location to remain the same as it has for several years, the Spreckels Theatre in Horton Plaza. Will we see all new limited-edition Conan-faced Funko Pops? At the time of this article, no other information has been released other than this Conan O’Brien leak. For now, all we can do is wait patiently until the Team Coco website announces how to reserve a spot to ConanCon 2019 in San Diego.

Until then, you can keep checking on the Team Coco site to see if tickets are available.
