Yes, you've read that right. The Pokemon anime series has been around for 20 years now, and it'll be airing its 1,000th episode on Nov. 9th in Japan. I cannot believe it's been that long, but I guess that's because thinking about it makes me feel old. I remember watching the Pokemon anime in the mornings before high school, back when it was brand-new. Now here we are at episode 1,000! Here's to 1,000 more!
