Curb Your Enthusiasm’s Larry David offers stay-at-home PSA
Joining the list of celebrities taking to social media to urge the general public to stay at home in safety amidst the global pandemic is Curb Your Enthusiasm‘s creator and star Larry David, who utilized California Governor’s Gavin Newom’s Twitter account to post a PSA urging people to stay home and enjoy the chance to catch up on TV. David becomes the latest star to use social media to deliver the urgent message that people need to stay inside and practice proper hygiene, with the cast of the now-timely thriller Contagion, HBO hit Watchmen, leads of Shaun of the Dead and Conan O’Brien all offering various hilarious and important takes on the issue.
Debuting on HBO in 2001 and presenting 90 episodes to date, Curb Your Enthusiasm stars Seinfeld co-creator David as an over-the-top version of himself in an unsparing but tongue-in-cheek depiction of his fictionalized life.

Season nine brought back series veterans Jeff Garlin (The Goldbergs, Toy Story 4) as Jeff Greene, Susie Essman as Susie Greene, J.B. Smoove as Leon Black, Cheryl Hines (Think Like a Man 2) as Cheryl David, Richard Lewis, Bob Einstein, Ted Danson (Cheers, The Good Place) and Mary Steenburgen.
Curb Your Enthusiasm had already received two Screen Actors Guild Award nominations, for Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Comedy Series (Larry David) and Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series.
