Rabbids or also known as Raving Rabbids are described as wild rabbit-like alien creatures, who are experts at creating havoc and mischief. The characters first appeared in 2006 and were introduced as the new antagonists in Rayman’s World. Due to their popularity, a solo Rabbids video game franchise, consisting mainly of party video games, was established and has sold over 15 million units since its launch.

In 2013, Ubisoft Motion Pictures has also produced an animated series centered on the video game characters titled Rabbid Invasion. The first three seasons had aired on Nickelodeon from 2013-2017 with the fourth and latest season released earlier this year on Netflix.
