The season 2 cast includes Oscar winner Tim Robbins, Elsie Fisher, Barkhad Abdi, Yusra Warsama, Paul Sparks, Matthew Alan, and John Hoogenakker. The new season will begin streaming on Hulu on Wednesday, October 23.

Daybreak, Series Premiere: Based on Brian Ralph’s graphic novel series of the same name, Daybreak is a genre-bending series and subversive dark comedy which finds 17-year-old high school outcast Josh searching for his missing girlfriend Sam in post-apocalyptic Glendale, California. Joined by a ragtag group of misfits including a pyromaniac 12-year-old Angelica and Josh’s former high school bully Wesley, now turned pacifist samurai, Josh tries to stay alive amongst the horde of Mad Max-style gangs (evil jocks, cheerleaders turned Amazon warriors), zombie-like creatures called Ghoulies, and everything else this brave new world throws at him. Starring Colin Ford (Supernatural) and Golden Globe nominee Matthew Broderick, the series will premiere on Thursday, October 24.

The Kominsky Method, Season 2 Premiere: Both comedic and emotional, The Kominsky Method is a half-hour single-camera comedy about an actor and his agent as they continue their journey as two friends tackling life’s inevitable curveballs as they navigate their later years in Los Angeles, a city that, above all else, values youth. Starring Michael Douglas, Alan Arkin, and featuring a special appearance by Kathleen Turner, the series will debut its second season on Friday, October 25.

Silicon Valley, Season 6 Premiere: The series takes a comic look at the modern-day epicenter of the high-tech gold rush, where the people most qualified to succeed are the least capable of handling success. A collaboration between Mike Judge and Alec Berg, Silicon Valley’s cast includes Thomas Middleditch, Zach Woods, Kumail Nanjiani, Martin Starr, Josh Brener, Amanda Crew, Matt Ross, Suzanne Cryer, and Jimmy O. Yang. Former star TJ Miller departed the series after the fourth season. The sixth and final season of the Emmy Award-winning series will premiere on Sunday, October 27.

The Bay, Exclusive US Series Premiere: Morven Christie (Grantchester, The Replacement) stars as Detective Sergeant Lisa Armstrong in this gripping crime drama set in an English coastal town. After being assigned to the case of two missing teenagers, she quickly realizes she has a personal connection to the mystery that will turn her world upside down. Jonas Armstrong (Ripper Street, Edge of Tomorrow), and Lindsey Coulson (EastEnders) co-star. The series will have its U.S. premiere on Tuesday, October 22.

Apple TV+: Apple TV+ has renewed five of its original series, including See, For All Mankind, Dickinson, Home Before Dark, and Little America, for a second season ahead of each show’s series premiere. The streaming service is set to launch on November 1.

Why Women Kill, Season 2: CBS All Access has renewed its hit dark comedy anthology series for a second season. From creator Marc Cherry, the first season follows the story of three women living in three different decades: a housewife in the ’60s, a socialite in the ‘80s and a lawyer in 2018, each dealing with infidelity in their marriages. The series will examine how the roles of women have changed, but how their reaction to betrayal has not. Season 1, available to stream on CBS All Access, stars Emmy nominee Lucy Liu, Ginnifer Goodwin, and Alexandra Daddario.
