Krypton Season 2 Episode 4 Recap

Seg reunites with Lyta and the pair spend the night together. After, Lyta takes Seg to see Cor. Lyta explains that Nyssa is working with them to stop the rebels. Lyta says that once the war is over, he and she can be a family together with their son. Thinking she means Cor, Seg corrects Lyta that Cor will always be he and Nyssa’s son. Lyta, however, means Zod, who she has alerted.

Zod states that he is grateful that Seg is alive and will join them in ending the war and uniting the houses of El and Zod. Seg says that in the Phantom Zone he witnessed Zod’s version of the future and it included killing Lyta when she no longer stood with him. During his medical check up, Seg uncovers that Zod had Lyta reconditioned, forcing her to follow him. Zod catches Seg and forces him to undergo the reconditioning as well. However, the reconditioning doesn’t take, in part because a part of Brainiac still lives on inside of Seg’s mind.

Krypton Season 2 Episode 4 Recap

Adam rejoins the rebels — who have captured Kem, conscripted into the Sagitari — on Wegthor. With the long-range oxygenators they captured from the raid on Zod’s troops, Jax sends the bulk of their troops on foot over the surface to capture the space elevator. Adam and Kem lead a second, smaller team to the elevator to access the station via a utility tunnel.

Nyssa reveals to Vel that Jax has a back up plan in case the raid doesn’t work. Nyssa reveals the plans she stole, which detail a smart weapon connected to the codex. With it, Jax plans to wipe out every Sagitari on Wegthor in one stroke. When the raid party on the surface gets wiped out by faulty oxygenators that Zod let be captured, Jax orders the weapon be fired. Val, however, disconnected the weapon and gave the codex to Nyssa, who sneaks away to bring it to Zod.

In the utility tunnel, Lyta and the Sagitari capture Adam, Kem, and state that this is the end of the war.
