It’s a big day today for fans looking forward to Avengers: Endgame, which hits theaters later this month. Tickets for the film were made available to purchase early in the morning, and fans have been having issues with buying them either because they’re sold out or ticketing sites were crashing. On the plus side, four new posters have been released including versions for IMAX, RealD, Atom Tickets, and Dolby. The better news is the release of the new 1-minute trailer.
The new trailer for Avengers: Endgame definitely has scenes that will spoil certain character meetups, so turn away while you can.
We all know that Tony Stark makes it back, but in the trailer we see him reunited with Pepper Pots. In addition, fans should be excited to see Steve Rogers and Tony meet once again after the events of Captain America: Civil War. You can say there’s tension between the two, but they’ll have to put side their previous differences. It would be awkward, however, if Tony asks about whether Bucky died in the Snap. He’ll probably be okay with not bringing everyone back.
In the trailer, Tony asks Steve if he trusts him, and Steve replies with, “I do.” So what’s Tony planning? Maybe he knows a weakness after going up against Thanos.
Another exciting moment is seeing Iron Man, Captain America and Thor together as they confront Thanos. It’s a nice nod to the phase 1 MCU heroes.
Official Synopsis: The grave course of events set in motion by Thanos that wiped out half the universe and fractured the Avengers ranks compels the remaining Avengers to take one final stand in Marvel Studios’ grand conclusion to twenty-two films, “Avengers: Endgame.”
The film is directed by Anthony and Joe Russo from the screenplay by Christopher Markus & Stephen McFeely.
