Charmed Season 1 Episode 7 Recap

In the previous episode of The CW’s Charmed, Macy found a key hidden in a pillar on the front porch of Vera house. Meanwhile, Mel and Maggie didn’t tell Macy they saw Marisol in the ’80s. In Charmed season 1 episode 7, a demon tried to retrieve the shards of the Scythe of Tartarus.

Magical Matrix

A satyr named Leon, went to see the Charmed Ones after a shadowy demon attacked. Leon was a sentinel who protected one of the three shards of the Scythe of Tartarus. Someone could use the scythe to break any demon out of demon prison. Alistair wanted to use it to free the Harbinger from the can. When the shadow got the first shard, a Hell quake occurred, and lights would go out, so Mel set up alerts.

Jumping to Conclusions

Charmed Season 1 Episode 7 Recap

Maggie’s dreams were coming true. Lucy had found a new boyfriend and essentially gave Parker and Maggie the green light to start dating. On their date, he opened up to her about his difficult father. When she went to see him at the fraternity house, she discovered him injecting himself.

When Julia took over the lab, she promoted Macy. However, her first task was to let Galvin go because of budgetary reasons. She met with him for coffee, but he had to leave before she could fire him. Meanwhile, Harry reminded Mel that she had not submitted her thesis proposal, which was due six weeks ago. Mel was currently working as a bartender at The Haunt.

Charmed Season 1 Episode 7 Recap

Because of a blackout alert, the girls arrived just as the shadow demon stole the second shard from a woman named Sela, an Egyptian fertility goddess called a Tawaret. She had kept the shard in a pendant she wore and could feel that it was attracted to the other shards. At home, bees were attracted to something in the house, indicating that Marisol had kept the third shard in the house as a sentinel. They found it in the attic, and it was attracted to the key Macy found, which she wore around her neck.

The Charmed Ones prepared for the shadow demon’s arrival with a light spell. When it arrived, he broke their circle and retrieved the third shard. It reformed the scythe, but a woman who had flirted with Mel at The Haunt captured it and teleported away. The shadow escaped.

Weakness

Mel left the encounter with a Lictenberg figure pattern like Marisol’s. She didn’t want Harry to remove it. Macy came clean about finding the key and her worries about darkness in her, and Mel and Maggie confessed to hearing their mother express concern.

Macy worked out a way to keep Galvin by arguing his value to Julia; she would be firing Kretz instead. Mel decided to drop out of school and acknowledged that she may have been doing the degree to follow in her mother’s footsteps.

Parker visited Maggie and explained that the injection was for a rare autoimmune disease. However, we discovered that Parker was Alistair’s son, and he was a half-demon. Alistair sent Parker on a new mission to get to Maggie through her empath powers.
