It’s that time again! The new Rating Battle Season is upon us! You’ll be able to put your Pokémon Trainer skills to the test as you compete in ranked online matches with players from around the world. Remember that the leaderboards are reset each Rating Battle Season, so everyone starts on equal footing. As you battle, you’ll move up and down the rankings based on your match outcomes. Rating Battle Season 7 runs from November 17, 2017, through January 23, 2018 (UTC), so get in there and start battling!
Rating Battles are available in Pokémon Sun, Pokémon Moon, Pokémon Ultra Sun, and Pokémon Ultra Moon, but please note that Pokémon Sun / Pokémon Moon battles and Pokémon Ultra Sun / Pokémon Ultra Moon battles will be ranked separately. The Special Format for this season will be a Single Battle utilizing the Alolan Pokédex, including Pokémon that have been recently discovered.
Remember you’ll need a Pokémon Trainer Club account and your own copy of Pokémon Sun, Pokémon Moon, Pokémon Ultra Sun, or Pokémon Ultra Moon registered at the Pokémon Global Link to participate.
