The Passage Season 1 Episode 6 Recap

In the previous episode of The Passage, Amy and Brad escaped from Project Noah while Amy showcased her newfound vampiric abilities. Meanwhile, Winston freed himself from captivity and began rampaging throughout Project Noah’s research facilities. What does this next installment have in store? Discovery

Brad and Amy were trapped inside an elevator, when Brad asked about the scream Amy had just unleashed. Richards found them and began to try to get the elevator working again. Brad made Amy promise to not tell anyone about the scream nor her telepathic abilities. The elevator opened and Brad and Amy were taken to a saferoom. Meanwhile, Sykes and Horace were brought to see what Winston had done. Horace reasserted the weapons-based mission Project Noah was on. Amy accidentally volunteered to help Project Noah find Winston. Brad eventually agreed to accompany her on a journey to find Winston. The group arrived on the scene of Winston’s first attack and Amy led them to Winston’s next location.

Search and Rescue

Elsewhere in Project Noah headquarters, Jonas and Elizabeth had a passionate and loving reunion. Jonas explained how Elizabeth’s Alzheimer’s had been fixed by Tim. Elizabeth was horrified by the implications of Jonas’ work. Jonas found Sykes, and she hypothesized through gathered evidence that Amy might be stronger than Tim. She decided to synthesize a serum from Amy’s blood to try and combat Tim’s powers. Sykes began her research and Jonas continued to try and understand the purpose of the vampires. She ordered Jonas to return to Elizabeth and try to comfort Elizabeth somewhat. Outside, Brad found his ex-wife, Lila, being attacked by one of Winston’s victims who had now transformed into a vampire. Richards shot the vampire dead and Lila was safe. Amy led the group to the local water pumping station, where she believed Winston was located.

Decisiveness

On the trek to the water pumping station, Brad and Lila discussed the nature of Project Noah. They eventually arrived at the pumping station and Richards breached the outer door. The group of soldiers broke through the door and found a vampire, they immediately killed it. Meanwhile at Project Noah, Shauna visited with Sykes and threatened to kill Sykes and the rest of the scientists. Sykes discussed this with Jonas and told him that Amy’s virus was being defeated by Tim’s in every trial so far. Jonas and Sykes decided to kill all of the vampires still at Project Noah while they had the opportunity to do so. Winston escape from the pumping station and attempted to attack Amy, but Brad managed to kill him before he could do any damage. In an attempt to comfort Amy, Brad promised to find her lost book. Amy returned to Project Noah and Brad was left behind.
