With the Razzie Awards nominations for 2019 announced, it’s time to see the 2019 nominations for the Oscars. Fans of Marvel should be happy to see that Black Panther, Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse and Avengers: Infinity War are getting nominations. Black Panther is the favorite of the bunch for the Academy with 7 nominations. However, Roma and The Favourite have 10 nominations each and Vice and A Star Is Born have 8. Next is BlackKkKlansman with 6 and Greek Book and Bohemian Rhapsody with 5.
Black Panther receives nominations for Best Picture, Original Song, Production Design, Costume Design, Sound Editing, Sound Mixing and Original Score. Avengers: Infinity War receives a nomination for Visual Effects, along with Ready Player One and Solo: A Star Wars Story. Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse receives one for Animated Feature Film.
