HBO acquires The Miseducation of Cameron Post
The rights to The Miseducation of Cameron Post have been acquired by HBO, according to The Wrap. The movie is expected to start streaming sometime early this year on HBO Go.
The Miseducation of Cameron Post, which stars Chloe Grace Moretz as Cameron Post, is both a coming out and coming-of-age story, is based on the 2012 best-selling novel by Emily B. Danforth, and was a finalist for the American Library Association’s William C. Morris Debut Award. Also part of The Miseducation of Cameron Post’s cast are actors Jennifer Ehle, John Gallagher Jr., Forrest Goodluck and Sasha Lane.
The film was set up through Beachside and Parkville Pictures, The Miseducation of Cameron Post movie was produced by Frugiuele alongside Michael B. Clark, Jonathan Montepare and Alex Turteltaub. Akhavan herself served as executive produce along with Olivier Kaempfer.
