D.K.’s Jungle Parkway is the last track standing in speedrunner Matthias Rustemeyer's way. He currently holds the world record for all other tracks in Mario Kart 64, and he's trying to complete the list with D.K.’s Jungle Parkway. His best time sits at 2'12"14, which is quite close to the current world-record of 2'12"11.
Rustemeyer might have a tough time getting that final time though, as other speedrunners have stepped in to try and block him from grabbing the final record on his list. It's going to be an interesting section of the speedrunning scene to keep an eye on in the weeks to come!
