Capcom plans to print 8,500 copies of both Mega Man 2 on the NES and Mega Man X on the SNES in order to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Mega Man franchise. They will each come with a $100 price tag, and they will be fully playable on NTSC home consoles. The games will be available in two color options: an opaque, light blue, and a translucent, glow-in-the-dark blue, the latter of which will only have 1,000 copies available.
