Following yesterday's announcement of Twin Galaxies striking all of Billy Mitchell's records from their rankings, Guinness World Records has followed up by saying they'll be removing their world record listings for Mitchell as well.
“The Guinness World Records titles relating to Mr. Mitchell’s highest scores on Donkey Kong have all been disqualified due to Twin Galaxies being our source of verification for these achievements.”
Mr. Mitchell is yet to respond to the events of the last two days. Prior to the removal of his records, Billy claimed all of his scores were legitimate, saying he didn't use emulation to achieve the records.
