"Unfortunately the Darkside Detective for Switch had to be taken down from the Europe/Australian eShop for a few days because Nintendo made some changes to their age rating system. It should be available again very soon. We're really sorry for the inconvenience."
No word on when the game will be put back on the EU/AUS eShop, but at least it seems the game will be back soon. We'll be sure to let you know when it comes back. If you really want to grab the game now, you can still hop on the North American eShop and get it.
