Well here's a weird one for you. A Nintendo-related rating has surfaced from the International Age Rating Coalition. The name of the game is EclairCity, and Nintendo is listed as both the publisher and the production company. The game was rated on Dec. 16th, 2017, and was given a PG/Mild Violence rating.
No platform was mentioned for the game, and we have absolutely zero details on what it's about. This is either a mistake, or Nintendo has another game to reveal soon!
