We are currently looking for two outgoing and enthusiastic Kiosk Ambassadors in Calgary, Alberta to support the Nintendo Mall Kiosk. The successful candidates will excel at initiating and maintaining conversations with both kids and parents while providing a positive Nintendo experience.
Kiosk Ambassador
2 Contract part-time positions available.
Core Duties:
Develop exceptional knowledge of Nintendo products.
Successfully support the Team Leader. From time to time, you may be requested to help with such tasks as opening and closing the Kiosk, cash drops and reporting.
Provide customer feedback regarding what customers want to see for sale. (on-the-job research)
Use enthusiasm to encourage consumers to sample our products and be focused on selling our licensed products to consumers.
Take initiative to provide memorable and positive experiences for consumers.
Maintain a curious attitude and provide suggestions on experience improvement.
Assist in maintaining exceptional merchandising.
Consistent communication with Team Lead outlining needs, concerns, recommendations, etc.
Help maintain the Kiosk on a daily basis.
Be available for the rare occasions outside of work hours for events.
Competencies:Exceptional customer service skills and comfortable when speaking with children/parents.
You are creative, organized and can multi-task.
Must be a gaming enthusiast.
Strong internal/external communication in terms of written and verbal skills.
Confidence in a retail environment.
Team player, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with people and partners with various backgrounds at a variety of levels.
Flexible mindset in terms of work schedule.
Required Experience/Knowledge:2+ years of experience working in a retail sales environment
Has spent a few years playing video games beyond “casual” level
Computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
