An online retailer by the name of Coolshop has listed Diablo 3 as a purchasable Nintendo Switch title. There is no release date on the site, but the game is currently purchasable for £47.95. This would not be the first time that Diablo 3 was rumored to come to the Nintendo Switch, and this information may be a temporary placeholder until the game is officially announced. The website does seem to be fairly reliable, but of course, there has yet to be any sort of official announcement. Therefore, nothing is guaranteed just yet, and this is still just a rumor.
