Looks like Tecmo Koei might have underestimated the interest in Atelier Lydie & Suelle: The Alchemists and the Mysterious Paintings from Switch owners. Over in Japan, the retail version of the game is currently facing shortages, with multiple retailers completely sold out. As of right now, there's no word on a restock, so it looks like the eShop is the way to go.
