BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle to have English dubs

In the live-stream event above, it was confirmed that BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle will feature English dubs. In the footage, you can hear some of that English dubbing in action, but you can also hear characters speaking Japanese. This has lead to speculation that you'll be able to choose various options for characters.
