The whole SFANS Switch dock crowdfunding project has been a bit of a mess for awhile now. Unfortunately, it seems like it has only gotten worse now that the final products is in backers' hands. Multiple customers are complaining of docks that are busted right out of the box, or break after an hour of use. There's also complaints about the low quality build of the product, and even a rather poor paint job. By and large, it seems the vast majority of people who backed the product are feeling quite a bit burned right now.
