Pokemon GO - migration for Zangoose and Seviper

With the Pokemon GO Hoenn update last month, we saw the addition of Zangoose and Seviper. The Americas and Africa got Zangoose, while Europe, Asia & Oceania got Seviper. As of last night, these distributions have changed. You can now find Zangoose in Europe, Asia and Oceania, while Seviper is in the Americas and Africa.
