Been awhile since we had a rumor with such convincing evidence behind it. If this is a fake, it's a really well-done one. Of course, there's some aspects of the video that scream fake to me right away. Why is this footage filmed off-screen? Why is it the only video on this YouTube channel?
That said, what's shown off in the video certainly matches extremely well with the Switch's menu aesthetic. It also includes a lot of features people want, but it seems a bit too good to be true.

UPDATE - Evidence below points to this being fake, but it's not 100% definitive.
The system update leak is fake. The console has Mario Kart 8 DX downloaded digitally, which takes up 6.8 GB of space, but only 2GB of System Memory is taken up, less than 3.2 GB of the SD card storage is taken up, and only 0.9 GB of Cloud storage ist taken up.
