New round of Mega Man 11 details - weapon testing, retail release, and more

The following information comes from the latest episode of the Game Informer show...

- after you defeat a Robot Master, you're taken to a blueprint-like screen where you can test out the weapon
- the game has a feature/mechanic that changes the gameplay up more than any feature/mechanic throughout the series
- when you do use it, it "changes the moment to moment gameplay"
- the composer has worked on the Star Force series, which means it could be Akari Kaida, Yoshino Aoki, Marika Suzuki, or Mitsuhiko Takano.
- game will see a retail release
