Gametech USB-C passthrough for Switch

Here's an interesting product from Gametech. This is a USB-C passthrough that lets you play the Switch in TV mode by plugging one end into the dock and one end into the Switch. In other words, you still have to have the Switch close to the dock, but not in it. Why would you want to do that? Gametech says it helps keeps the Switch cooler, and you don't have to worry about screen scratches.
