Dev says Nintendo decides what Switch games get video recording feature

If that's the case, it's certainly a bit disappointing. I was hoping devs would want the feature and reach out to Nintendo to add it. Now it seems Nintendo is picking games as they please. Perhaps devs do get the chance to request the feature for their games, and hopefully Nintendo approves most.
