Netflix has unveiled the new trailer for Wheelman, the upcoming action movie starring Frank Grillo which is premiering on the streaming service October 20, 2017. Check out the new Wheelman trailer in the player below!

A standard heist turns into a race against time for the main character in writer-director Jeremy Rush’s unique thriller Wheelman. Hired to get a pair of thieves to a bank robbery and then transport them to a drop, the unnamed getaway driver – or “wheelman” – finds himself targeted by mysterious figures threatening his family and his life. Evading gunmen while speeding through an unnamed city, the Wheelman’s tense confrontations with the unknown voices on his speakerphone accelerate as the minutes tick by and the dangers stack up. Told almost entirely from inside the car, Wheelman evokes some of the great, gritty thrillers of the 1970s and features as its lynchpin a tour de force performance from Frank Grillo (Captain America: The Winter Soldier, Zero Dark Thirty), whose intense and sympathetic portrayal of a man on the edge takes audiences from zero to 90 and harkens back to an era of movie anti-heroes barreling through high-end action-dramas.

The film also stars Caitlin Carmichael, Garrett Dillahunt, Shea Whigham, Wendy Moniz, John Cenatiempo, and Slaine

Wheelman was written and directed by Jeremy Rush. Frank Grillo, Joe Carnahan (The Grey, The A-Team), and The Solution Group’s Myles Nestel (The November Man, Machete) serve as producers. J. Todd Harris, Chady Mattar, and Scott Silver serve as executive producers.
