It’s always nice to see new characters being introduced to a fighting game to prolong its lifespan, and that’s the case with Injustice 2. Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and DC Entertainment have announced the Fighter Pack #2 DLC for the DC game, and it includes Black Manta, Raiden and Hellboy. Fans wanting to see Black Manta in action will get the chance with the gameplay reveal on Sunday, August 27th at 4 p.m. PST on http://ift.tt/2isshSb.
Fighter Pack #2 will be available for purchase starting on September 12, 2017, and the first character will be made available on the same day. If you bought the Injustice 2 Ultimate Edition, Injustice 2 Ultimate Pack, or the Injustice 2 Fighter #2 pack, you’ll get early access to the three new fighters before they are available a la carte.
The Injustice 2 Ultimate Edition or the Injustice 2 Ultimate Pack will give players access to nine additional playable characters, three Premiere Skins for select heroes/villains, and two exclusive new Gear Shaders.
Injustice 2 is the sequel to the game that pitted Batman against Superman, and here the stakes are higher with the invasion of Brainiac. Supergirl finally arrives at Earth, only to find out that the cousin she’s sworn to protect has become something else. The game features customization for the characters where players can make them stronger through different gears earned from playing the game.
