No, it was a poster on the wall of the Giant Home theme, so basically a background graphic, you didn't lose any item!

Zen Studios didn't confirm which poster was causing the problem, but as you can see above, the poster found in the Giant Home house has some rather scantily-clad women covering up the nether region of that creature. Seems like the culprit to me!
