Following the preview will be a Q&A with members of JAKKS’s development team and special giveaways of their premium DC Originals Tribute Series figures.
Netflix Original: Castlevania with Adi Shankar – Thursday, July 20 • 7:00pm – 8:00pm
Castlevania is one of the most popular video game franchises by Konami and Hideo Kojima. Brought to us with vivid animation through Netflix, fans will want to hear what the behind the scene stories are from the cast and crew. Jessica Tseang (founder Girl on Geek, Little Geek Girls) will lead a lively discussion with Adi Shankar (showrunner and executive producer of Castlevania, executive producer Dredd), Sam Deats (director Castlevania, Powerhouse Animation), and Kevin Kolde (executive producer and showrunner for Castlevania, producer Bee and Puppycat, Adventure Time) on what it took to bring this project to us. A Q&A will follow for those with burning questions!
LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2: Meet the Talent Behind the Video Game – Saturday, July 22 • 1:45pm – 2:45pm
The team behind the LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2 videogame-including Arthur Parsons (head of design, TT Games), Bill Rosemann (executive creative director, Marvel Games), Justin Ramsden (designer, LEGO), Kurt Busiek (comics writer, Avengers Forever), and Dan Veesenmeyer (comic content artist, LEGO Marvel’s Avengers)-offer an inside look at this all-new original adventure, the sequel to the smash hit LEGO Marvel Super Heroes. Moderated by Marvel’s Ryan Penagos (vice president and executive editor, Marvel Digital), this celebration of the Marvel Universe will provide fans with a first look at a new game trailer, new character and artwork reveals, and exclusive audience giveaways. Bringing together iconic Marvel Super Heroes and Super Villains from different eras and realities, LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2 pits players against the time-traveling Kang the Conqueror in an epic cosmic battle across the expansive Open Hub World of Chronopolis. The game will be released on November 14.

Takashi Iizuka (head of Sonic team), Christian Whitehead (developer, Sonic Mania), Simon Thomley (programmer, Sonic Mania), Tom Fry (artist, Sonic Mania), and Tee Lopes (composer, Sonic Mania) discuss the road to development behind the upcoming Sonic Mania video game and share new insights about the game. Moderated by Aaron Webber (Sonic social media manager).
