Platinum Games has opened an official Japanese Twitter account. To celebrate the event, they used the special piece of art above. Almost immediately, fans started speculating that the artwork was a tease for Bayonetta 1+2 on Switch, due to the background colors matching the Neon Red/Blue Joy-Con.
Normally I wouldn't think anything of the color scheme, as those were also the respective colors of each Bayonetta game. With that said, Platinum actually liked and retweeted a tweet from a fan who brought up the same comparison. By taking that step, they're only fanning the flames!
