"Nintendo's minimum order quantities are well below where they need to be for small publishers to thrive. The issue right now is that games are selling 5 - 10x copies more than expected so they don't currently have the capacity in the factories to consider bringing on a publisher dealing in smaller runs. Demand will level off. The GoNintendo article was poorly vetted and took my tweet out of context. Nintendo didn't deny us on the platform - conversations were temporarily halted due to demand."
I'm sorry to hear the gang thought we took their original statement out of context. Obviously, we meant no harm or ill will. Hopefully this statement clears up the entire situation. Just so you can see what Limited Run is talking about, here's our original post.
