Japan - I and Me hitting Switch next week (UPDATE)

I & Me is due to release on Switch next week in Japan. The title will be called Boku to Boku no Seika de and is will cost 1,000 yen.

UPDATE - The dev has confirmed that the plan is to release I & Me simultaneously worldwide. Right now the game is undergoing QA in NA/EU, but if all goes well, July 6th should be release for all regions.
