This is absolutely insane. How is this even possible?! Were there that many preorders for the game? According to Amazon's best-selling games of 2017 list, which they say is updated daily, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is their best-selling game of 2017. It falls in the 3rd position overall, with PSN cards taking the first and second spots. The next game comes in at the 4th position, which is The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild on Switch. Zelda is selling ridiculously well, but in terms of Amazon sales, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe has already beaten it on its launch day?! Either something fishy is going on, or Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is going to be a massive success.
