According to an article from this week's issue of Famitsu, development on Ultra Street Fighter II for the Nintendo Switch has reached 50% completion. It has also been revealed the players will be able to customize their fighters in ways such as changing their color palettes. Additionally, as a player plays a character more and more frequently, that character will gain experience, though it is not yet known if this experience data will affect online modes or just single-player modes. Lastly, Capcom has confirmed that there will be a Single-Player mode in which players will need to play as Ryu and perform a variety of his signature attacks to take down Shadaloo Soldiers, and there will also be a Practice Mode for players to practice attacks and combos.
