Stardew Valley took the gaming world by storm when it released on Steam almost exactly a year ago. Since then, it’s been released on consoles and now it’s coming to the Nintendo Switch later this Summer.
Announced during the Nintendo Switch Nindies Showcase stream this morning, it was the very last game they announced after revealing over a dozen other indie titles for the console such as SteamWorld Dig 2, Yooka-Laylee, and Shakedown: Hawaii. While they didn’t go into too much detail on what the Switch version entails, a major revelation was that it would be the first to receive a multiplayer mode, implying that it will most likely come to other versions after.
