Moana has easily become one of my favorite Disney animations. With its ability to take you out of your own world and immerse you into a tropical one, it is definitely a film everyone needs to watch. Even better, you have to – and I mean have to – listen to the soundtrack.
Starting January 27th, you’ll have the option to see the movie AND sing along to the soundtrack because Moana is coming back to theaters with its very own sing-along version. But don’t worry, if you can’t wait that long, the El Capitan Theatre in Hollywood will have the version exclusively on January 20th.
With Lin-Manuel Miranda, Mark Mancina and Opetaia Foa‘i creating Moana’s original soundtrack, it’s something you don’t want to miss. I know every word to every song and I have no regrets.
Moana’s Digital HD release is set to come out on February 21st and will be released on Blu-ray and DVD March 7th. In the meantime, you have plenty of opportunities to go and sing along to the film with all your friends. So go do it!
