A new episode of Westworld will air on HBO this Sunday, November 6th, at 9pm PT/ET. New photos have been released to whet the fans’ appetite. Check them out below.
In the last episode, Maeve (Thandie Newton) wakes up and seems to be self aware and knowledgeable about Westworld, particularly Felix Lutz (Leonardo Nam).
The new synopsis definitely reveals Maeve using her talents to entice Felix.
Episode Synopsis: Maeve (Thandie Newton) charms Lutz (Leonardo Nam); Elsie (Shannon Woodward) uncovers possible sabotage; the Man in Black (Ed Harris) and Teddy (James Marsden) run afoul of a garrison.
The episode is written by Halley Gross & Jonathan Nolan and directed by Frederick E.O. Toye.
Here’s what we know so far. Westworld is a very elaborate amusement park that uses artificial beings and authentic sets to bring the West to life. It’s an expensive trip, as a day can cost $40,000. The show is slowly revealing who the guests are. So far we know that the Man in Black is actually a hero in the real world (he has a charitable foundation) despite his villainous ways in Westworld. Logan and William are colleagues who have turned on each other. William doesn’t bother to save Logan from being beat up, so it should be interesting to see how their relationship will continue in future episodes.
