Anton Yelchin, at the time of his passing this past summer, was not just an accomplished actor and the Star Trek franchise's current Chekov, but also a director in the making and a talented photographer.

Though he never got to direct, Yelchin left behind his memorable performances in more than 60 film and television shows, as well as prime examples of his photography, much of which is currently on display as part of the Anton Yelchin Photography Exhibit at the Other Gallery in Hollywood, California.

Yelchin's photography is best described as dramatic portraiturer, and 40 of his images are on display at the gallery. The late actor's Star Trek colleagues Chris Pine, John Cho and J.J. Abrams, as well as Demi Moore, Dakota and Elle Fanning, and Susan Sarandon were among those on hand for the exhibit's grand opening on November 5.

The exhibit will run through December 31. The Other Gallery's hours are Mon.-Fri. 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Sat. 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday by appointment.
